Privacy policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Flamcom is operated by legal entity name and country. This policy explains what information Flamcom collects through flamcom.com, why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that project. If anything here is unclear, email contact@flamcom.com and a person on our team will answer.
What we collect and when
We collect information in the places listed below. We do not buy contact lists, and each feature asks only for what it needs.
When you visit any page
Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare keeps request logs for this purpose. We do not use them to identify you.
When you send the contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address, your website or app link (optional), the services you are interested in, a budget range, a project description, when you want to start, and how you heard about us (optional). It also records the date and time you sent it. Please do not put passwords, API keys or other secrets in the description; when we need access to a system, we ask for it separately.
When you use the free website checker
The checker asks for the address of one web page and your email address. It fetches that page the way a public crawler would, so it only sees what is already public. We keep the page address, your email address and the report the checker produces.
When you browse the site with analytics allowed
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine or another site), your approximate location by country or city, device and browser type, and time on page. We read these reports in aggregate, together with answers to the "how did you hear about us" question, to see which channels bring visitors who become inquiries. We do not try to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and plan your project. You asked us to, so we use the form details to send your free assessment, answer your questions and, if we work together, prepare a written scope. We do not add you to a mailing list.
- To send your checker report. You asked for the report, so we email it to you. The report email ends with one line explaining how to request a free assessment through our contact form. That is the only email the checker sends.
- To keep the site and forms safe. Request logs and a spam check on the contact form and the checker help us stop attacks and automated abuse.
- To improve the site. We use analytics only after you accept analytics cookies, and you can change your mind at any time.
- To meet legal duties. We keep records where the law requires it, for example invoices if you become a client.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
The companies that help us run the site
Each service provider below handles your information only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website (Cloudflare Pages), keeps request logs, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on our forms. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
- Google Workspace: our email. Form submissions and our replies are stored in our Google Workspace account.
- Google Analytics 4: produces the site usage reports described above, when you have allowed analytics cookies.
- Google: when the checker looks up real-user Core Web Vitals, it sends the page address (not your email) to Google's public speed data service.
- name the provider: runs the free website checker and stores page addresses, email addresses and reports.
- name the provider: sends automatic emails, including the contact-form confirmation and the checker report.
We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it, or you ask us to.
Where your information is stored and accessed
The providers above are US-based companies, and your information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where they operate. Our team works from Pakistan and reads form submissions, checker data and email from there. That means your information can be accessed from a country other than the one you live in, where privacy laws may differ from yours. We limit access to the people on our team who need it to reply to you or to run your project, and we use the account security controls our providers offer.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions, checker data (page address, email address and report), call bookings and the email conversations that follow for retention period, then delete them. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the agreement and the law require. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account and is then deleted automatically. Cloudflare keeps request logs for the period its service sets.
What you can ask us to do
Wherever you live, you can email contact@flamcom.com to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law,
- stop emailing you.
United States. Several US states give residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Whether a specific state law applies to us depends on that law, but we will answer the requests above from anyone.
Canada. Under PIPEDA, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to further use, subject to legal limits. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
How to ask. Email contact@flamcom.com from the address you used with us and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We reply within one business day (Monday to Friday) and aim to complete requests within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Cookies and the consent banner
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets cookies that recognize your browser on return visits. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or clear cookies in your browser.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs only on the contact form and the checker. It may use browser storage or cookies that it needs to complete the spam check, and it is not used for advertising. The site sets no advertising cookies.
Children, links and changes
Children. This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites. Pages on this site link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so read their policies when you visit them.
Changes. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
