The third layer is what happens after someone gets in touch: automated follow-up, campaigns to past customers, and custom software. Founders with an AI-built app get their own path to production. You can start with any layer, and we'll say plainly if another would pay you back sooner.

Every new Flamcom site is static HTML, written copy-first and designed for the phone, with a title, meta description, internal links, analytics and Search Console on every page. Growth and Scale add full schema stacks (sets of structured data that tell search engines what each page is about), Quick Facts and FAQ blocks, and have no page cap: your keyword map sets the page count inside the price. Starter covers up to 12 pages.

SEO, AEO, GEO and CRO

Rankings in Google and Bing, mentions in AI answers, and a higher share of visits that turn into inquiries. Each retainer opens with a baseline of where you rank and which AI assistants mention you. It includes SEO, on-page AEO and GEO work, basic conversion fixes to forms and calls to action, and a monthly report with each AI engine on its own line. Standalone AEO/GEO projects and full CRO projects get separate quotes.

Price: SEO retainers from $1,499 a month, scoped after a free assessment of your site. The minimum term is three months; after that the retainer runs month to month.

Automation, including database reactivation

Follow-up that keeps running when you are too busy to send it: instant replies to new inquiries, appointment reminders, review requests after a finished job, and updates in your CRM. We prefer custom Python scripts and n8n workflows, and also build in Zapier, Make or your CRM's own automation when that fits better. Each workflow logs its runs, retries automatically and sends a failure alert.

Database reactivation is part of this service, with its own page: email campaigns that bring back customers who went quiet and quotes that never closed. A campaign covers list cleaning and a consent check, sending setup (SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the records that tell inboxes your email is genuine) and three emails written in your voice.

Price: automation projects from $750, covering two or three workflows in Python or n8n, with the first workflows live in 1 to 2 weeks. Reactivation campaigns from $1,000. Larger builds are quoted in your written scope.

Custom development

Software for the jobs no off-the-shelf tool covers well: client portals, quoting calculators, intake and booking tools, dashboards and integrations. We build on standard tools such as Next.js, Node and Postgres. The code lives in your repository and the production accounts are in your name. The free first call and the free written scope come before any work. After handover you can add a monthly support agreement for monitoring alerts, fixes and small changes.

Price: quoted per project, with a fixed price and a timeline in writing before work starts. Monthly support quoted per app.

Vibe-coded app to production

For founders who built an app in Lovable, Bolt or Replit and need it to hold up with paying users. The Production Readiness Audit scores security, authentication, database, hosting, performance, error handling and SEO, then gives you a fix list ranked by risk and effort and a debrief call with the engineer.

Price: $299 fixed, delivered within 5 business days of access to your project or refunded in full, and credited toward a build ordered within 60 days of the report. Production builds from $4,000; most small apps fall between $4,000 and $15,000 and are production-ready within two to four weeks of starting the build. A monthly support agreement is available after handover.

Small businesses that hire a web designer, an SEO agency and an automation freelancer separately end up managing three vendors who each fix their own piece. The designer ships a site the SEO agency then has to restructure. The SEO agency sends visitors to a form whose leads land in an inbox nobody checks. When results stall, each one points at the others.

We run the work as one plan instead. The keyword research that decides your website's pages becomes the content plan for your SEO retainer, and the form we build feeds the follow-up we automate. Two pairings save the most work: a Growth or Scale site followed by an SEO retainer, and a new site whose form feeds automated follow-up.

What stays the same whichever services you choose:

• Written scope. A fixed price and a timeline in writing before any work starts.
• Approvals. You approve every page before it goes live.
• Reports. Retainer and care-plan clients get one plain-language report a month; on an SEO retainer it shows each AI engine on its own line.
• Care plans. From $150 a month for any site we build, with up to an hour of small edits each month and no minimum term.
